RETURNS

Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.

Please note that local returns (Cyprus) to be returned within 7 calendar days.

– Items should be returned in their original condition.
– Unworn and with their tags attached. 
– Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
– Sale items are final, non–refundable and cannot be returned.
– You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
– Please ensure you note the tracking number and the courier as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. 
– The original invoice of the merchandise to be returned must be placed in the package. The parcel will be checked by the courier upon his arrival and then sealed in your presence.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have confirmed we have received and accepted your return.

Please note that refunds can take up to ten working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

This refund will include the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping, return courier costs and custom duties and taxes (where applicable).


FAULTY

Items are classified as faulty if they are damaged or have been sent incorrectly. We will offer to replace items deemed in this category, where possible. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

We will not accept any returns if,

– Any item requested for return falls outside the 14–day timeframe window.
– Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
– Tags damaged or removed.

We also hold the right to deny the refund if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers located in non–EU countries are responsible for custom duties and taxes. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and we strongly urge our international customers to research your country’s policies and fees before purchasing. Customs duties and taxes incurred by the buyer are non–refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not exchange items, unless the item is deemed faulty. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
